Ashby's Sterling Flavor Day was held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the MI Restaurant Asssociation Banquet room at 225 W. Washtenaw Ave., Lansing, MI. Ice cream retailers and distributors (not open to the public) were invited to see what Ashby's Sterling Ice Cream is all about, and  tasted over 30 new flavor ideas to help us choose the right ones for our 2012 season.
